Hey how ya'll doin, Im having a problem with my cou line, it will not let me sync my 8525 up to my laptop using active sync, also the 8525 will not let me open media net... any ideas on how to fix this?

is it a cingular company laptop? if so, do you have all the right to your pc? and to answer your second question, check to make sure your connection isn't My ISP and that it's MediaNet under connections. hope that helps.
