I think I have an issue. I tried to replace the $39.99 data plan with the media max 200 bundle via the web site and it sort of failed. It removed the data plan fine, but gave me the following message:

f902: F902: We apologize we are unable to add your feature at this time. For assistance, Click to Chat from 7:00 a.m. - 11:45 p.m. ET. Or contact Customer Service at 1-800-331-0500.

Anyone else have this problem?

I'd call up. I was able to add the Media Max 200 Bundle Plan yesterday night. I also get unlimited Txt messages until my next billing period, but *shrug* I don't really use text messages.

i did this on OLAM earlier tonight as well. i was able to remove the pda connect plan, but i didn't see where i could add media max 200. so i just called, and added it with no hassle at all.

I just switched from the PDA plan to the Media Max 200 plan through their website. I didn't get any error messages, everything seems to be fine <knock on wood>. It may have just been a glitch on their website.

I talked to customer service and the nice lady added the Media Max 200 to my line. I suspect I had issues because I am on a family plan. The lady even remembered to drop the per use charge option.

However, something is a bit strange when I look at my account. It shows Media Max unlimited until 2/3/07 and then Media Max 200 after that point. It also shows no charge for the Media Max Unlimited. Can someone else check that changed to media max 200 check their features and see if it shows the same?

Now a question. Since I just switched from PDA Unlimited to Media Max do I need to change my settings for accessing data? Just to be sure I have them correctly, it would be great if some kind soul could post the setting they use to access data on Media Max.

They're running a promo right now that they're giving unlimited Text messages for your first billing period or something.

I'm on a family plan too. My rate plan and features shows MEDIA MAX 200 BUNDLE (Eff01/19/07 ) $0.00 so *shrug* I hope to god I'm not being billed for the data I'm using

I can't view my Data usage yet.

Here's the Tutorial to set up the Blackjack, including GPRS settings, Proxy, and Browser.

*edit* This is what it shows when I try to manage my features under included features. Not sure why there's no Dollar attached. Maybe i'm getting the first month free? The CS Rep I talked to said it would be pro-rated so dunno.
