I'd like to start by saying I am half ashamed of this post, as it's fairly noob. However I did search around for quite some time to no avail, so here it is:

I am very new to Nokia, in fact this is the first Nokia I've used (and it's only to demo, which is kind of funny considering I sell phones for a living) anyway, I am trying to use custom wallpapers on the 320x240 screen but no matter how large I make my images there is a line of teal around my picture. What I'm trying to say is I want my picture to take the ENTIRE screen, but the phone is showing a small edge of the nokia theme wallpaper...

Again I apologize if this is too newb, after 900 some posts I believe this is my first in the Nokia forum. Be nice

No, it can't be done, like other Series 60 Nokia.

you have to make a theme with the wallpaper you want then it would cover the whole screen.

yeah there is a theme creator out on forum nokia. there was some website i saw a while back but i can't remember what it was that will create a theme.

Just set the image to 600x400. It will be a little bit bigger then 320x240 but will cover entire screen.

for some reason, when i download E61 themes from the web to try to install
it tells me that the certificate is either invalid, expired, or doesn't exist
and wont' let me install the theme....

is there any reason why it would do this?

all you have to do is make your wallpaper 600X400 pixels and it will automatically fill the whole screen

In order to install stuff on the E62 (not sure why cause neither my N80 or N73 were defaulted to this) but you have to go to Tools, Applications Manager, Options, Security Settings and set it to install ALL certificates.

Also, set the image size to 320x200 and whole screen will be covered. Works on my E62.

I've seen it somewhere on Symbian forums and it works. Change the image resolution to be 320x200 pixels and the whole screen on E61-E62 will be covered. Or 600x400 will do too.
