I cannot for the life of me get ringtones on this phone, Is there another software or am I missing somthing, I see alot of unanswered thrends here on this.

I figured it out, you have to convert the file to a MMF. after you do that you can use the LG software that came with the phone. The ringtones seem a bit quite, but I got this far so I am sure I can get somewhere

so you managed to transfer ringtones to your phone? where did you send the file and what program did you use?? Did you use the one that came with your phone?? Sorry for asking so many questions!! But I'm trying to figure out how to transfer rigntones and wallpapers with the cable instead of using the wap service. Oh and another thing...I want to know if it i the same phone as yours! Is it a black and silver plastic phone??

I Have A Lg Ce500. I For 2 Days Couldn't Figure Out How To Get Ringtones Transfered From My Computer To My Phone. I Kept Getting A Error Message That Said, Can't Open From Port 1. Well,i Was Sitting Here Playing With My Phone And Finally. I Did It. You Have To Download The Manager To Your Computer. Then Go Into Where The Main Folder Is,click On It And Two Folders Will Come Up. Click On The One That Says Lg Music Manager. Open It Up, And Download The Usb Modem Driver To Your Computer. That Should Work. I Also Went On Download.com I Downloaded A Program, That Will Let You Upload A Song And Break It Off Anywhere You Want To Make A Ringtone.
