Ok, so I finally get my BB Pearl, love it so far. I called T-Mobile to add the BB Plan (19.99). For some reason though, I cannot find the browser. THe lady did tell me it could take up to 72 hours to activate. But I did get the msg to register and also I set up my email. Now the CSR did tell me I had to keep T-Zones, not sure why but I did. I need HELP!!!

You DEFINITELY do not need tzones, the CSR is incorrect. The BB plan provides "both" push email and internet data (web/internet) support. You are paying for something you cannot use!

You need to have the BB service books sent/re-sent to your phone. Ask TMO for BB support & they can arrange ...

Yep, try pulling the battery and putting it back in after a few minutes. If that does not work, read you manual under "registering on the network". It will describe the key strokes required to do this./

Thanks! You were both correct. I spoke to a BB specialist and he confirmed that I DID NOT need T-Zones. He corrected it and it (Browser, little world) still wasn't showing up so he had me pull out the battery and do a bunch of things to register it. I'm up and running! I LOVE my PEARL!!!
