No Modem Drivers error??

Hi Team,

I have Motorola V3 Razr from Cingular. I installed the Motorola Phone tool and got the Razr to connect through my PC (Windows XP SP 2). It worked for about 2 weeks and now when I try to connect, i see an error "No modem drivers" found. I checked in device manager it I have the Motorola USB modem driver.

I even removed the driver and then let windows reinstall it but I am still getting the same error. Then I installed the Motorola Phone tool on my laptop and I am getting the same error on my laptop also. Any suggestions?? The drivers are being installed by windows, Do i need special drivers or something?

Actually the exact message is "No Modem Found"
