Cingular Pearl... what am i missing?????

using the voice dialling feature, and i say the name.. the phone repeats the name,, YET says "no numbner available"!! i the name has a number associated with it,, i can go to that name in the phonebook and dial it from there,, but the vioce dialling says the number isn't avail.. i am confused!! what am i missing here.. the phone does do vioce dialling on other names.. but there are a few where it says that is isn't avail.. why?? any help is appreciated!!

Are you saying "call so and so"? You have to give a command, not just a name.

yes.. for example: i say call bridget.. the phone does say bridget.. then it says no number avail..
but the entry "bridget" has a number!!???
what's wrong?
