3125 shuts off on its own and static

i just bought a 3125 2 months ago. The first 6 weeks the phone was great now it shuts off and reboots on its own and every 3rd or 4th call there is a static or cracking sound that is over bearing. Does anyone know whats up with this and is there a fix?

Like many, you suffered from the first batch that came out. You need a warranty replacement, there's a few threads on it already...
There's no fix for it, just replacement units.
