v3 firmware help

recently i just got a v3, and tried to change the firmware.
i downgraded from version 8.23 to version 7.do.
following this downgrade my sw version could not detect.
i then flashed the phone with a couple versions of the monster pack.
following this i'm not sure how but i think the firmware upgrade corrupted in the process.
now when i try and boot i can't even load the loader.
as soon as i put in the battery all the lights go on and i can't load into the bootselector.
normally if i hold * and # and power it will display a version.
it no longer displays this.
can anyone help me with this?
or is this phone now bricked?

i have not got it to boot load the boot loader

and a sw version of r374_g)oe.40.3 however when ever i try turning it on it will not load
