734 error...HELP, i'm doing everything right

Ok, so I'm stuck. I'm trying to hook up my blackberry peral to my pc and go through dial up networking to connect to the net. I followed the instructions on the site to a tee. I keep getting this 734 error. I was on thephone with cingular tech support for a long time trying to figure it out, but they are no help. Can someone please help me figure out what I"m doing wrong, and how to fix it.

If you don't have the blackberry tethering plan that could lead to this issue.
