Need Help Flashing Sprint V3m Razr

I just subscribe sprint few months ago and now my phone software is corrupt, so i cant use data at all and other feature like alarm and screensave dont work eighter. Can some one help me reflash it or tell me what can i do to fix it. Oh yea by the way i am getting the 1012 error on data.
