64 bit drivers for Motorola USB Modem??

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Do 64bit motorola drivers exist...? anywhere?

Or should I just give up the search?

I've got a V710. I had it set up once before on xp, but now I have installed xp x64 and can't seem to find the appropriate driver.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

~e

We intend to post a whole new set of drivers to Motodev in January or so.

This will include signed modem and P2k drivers for 2K/XP through Vista x64.

Just wanted to sync to outlook w/usb cable so I could maintain my calendar on my phone. Works fine.

Not really ready to hack my phone.

Thanks again.

Agreed - but all he asked for was a modem driver.

True, but since it all comes in one package, we're all perpetuating the myth that a NATIVE 64-bit driver, modem or otherwise, exists

Well, technically, the inbox usbser.sys on XP and Vista x64 is 64-bit, of course.

For what it's worth, the package that will be posted will include an all new USB modem driver...no more usbser.sys.

It resolves the issues detailed on Mark's CDMA usbser page, so people shouldn't have any more grief in MPT or BitPim...and won't have to run "DriverTool" any more.
