v360 question

k im pretty sure this has been answered many times before, but i cant find a response anywhere. my girl just got a v360, and im trying 2 sync it to bitpim, but windows keeps telling me it couldnt install the phone. so im wondering if there r drivers i need to get or wut could possibly be wrong. the phones fresh out of the box and im using a mini-usb data cable.

You will need to change the communications settings in the menu from storage device (default) to USB.

ive done that, but it still says it is unable to connect. do i need drivers or am i missing software? i jus need sum help cuz i promisde her id get this going 4 her

It does sound like the drivers are needed. That should be the next step regardless.

k thanks alot. final question, do you know anytwhere i can dl the drivers? srry for being such a noob lol
