Z710 IMEI Serial number

Dear guys
I know that it is possible to change the IMEI number. Unfortunately importing the mobile phone from abroad is forbidden and as a matter of fact we do not have any production line here. Therefore the majority of the users have to change their IMEI in order to use them. There are a lot of centers here that change the IMEI number easily but they can not change the IMEI of the latest mobile phones like k800 or z710 because as they say they do not have the required soft wares yet. But it is absolutely usual to change the IMEI of Sony Ericsson models like K750. So it would be my pleasure if any body gives me some advice.
