8525 Streaming video problem..

I'm trying to stream video from YouTube off Orb with my 8525 and whenever I try to do this I only get sound, no picture. Yesterday though when I was streaming music through di.fm, it streamed the video commercial before the music starts, but that was the only time where it actually gave me picture, never before or after that. Has anyone else had problems like this? Any solution to it?

not meaning to jack your thread but what player do you use? i use windows media player and it says i don't have the codec. i tried this with many youtube vids through orb.

I am using WMP as well. I haven't received that error though. It could be the same problem that you are having though. Is there a link to the codecs?

why don't you just use tinytube.net

orb ownz! You need to get the ffdshow codecs..

I've been watching youtube on my 8525 for a whole day now...love it

Get this:

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/v...ers/ffdshow.cfm

and then just choose FLV from the list (that's what I did) and I can stream youtube videos through WMP.

That's not the problem, it's just not showing picture when I'm streaming in general it seems.
