Can anyone recommend a SIM card that will be good for traveling? I travel a lot and need a single number. Places I frequent are:
Europe, Asia (China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong), Australia, USA, Canada.

Right now I just use skype numbers and forward them to my cell, constantly changing the SIM card to a local one. It's a real pain and I'd rather have a single # that I can use globally.

I've noticed a few places now offer this service from a google search. I'm most interested in:

1) Cheap/Free incoming calls. (Does the caller have to pick up the bill??)
2) Cheap SMS
3) Cheap Local Calls.

Another option that'd be really cool is if I could use a single phone with 2 sim cards. Namely, where outgoing calls would go through the local SIM but I could still answer calls that are incoming from the global Roaming one.

Any thoughts?
