Help! Just bought this phone and the box is missing the installation cd to use my mp3 player. Until I get to the store, is there any install cd software I can download online?

working, can you explain how to save to the mp3 player?

When I plug in my USB cable, my computer doesn't recongnize "new hardware".

the mp3 player is on your phone not a cd. i use motorola phone tools to transfer files such as mp3's. try going to my computer and finding your phone there. phone should be on also. open a window with your mp'3 on it, the songs themselves and open a second window for your phone. on my computer it was the 'j' drive. i opened files till i found the one for the micro sd card and the file named music. i clicked and dragged. the problem i had was that i couldnt find the music on the phone because they were wma files not mp3. a ten dollar plug in from microsoft fixed that.
