I'm a GSM guy, but our monsterpacks generally include the three standard skins.

Well IF a monster file was out for CDMA phones the answer is yes. It would contain the stock skins. But since there are no monster Packs for CDMA (with the exception of a single Verizion Monster Pack) There is gonna be trouble trying to find one. 99.99999999999% of the monster packs that you find are for GSM phones, and will not work on a CDMA/Alltel phone.
