Which do you prefer?

I'm in the market of buying a new phone (full price and on Verizon sadly) and I was wondering which you all prefer: the slider or flip Chocolate? I LOVE the looks of the VX8500, but I'm a little wary about the navigation.

My wild card choice is the VX9900. I'd KILL for a SK3, but my dad's so stubborn that he won't switch to T-Mobile even though it would actually save us money in the long and short runs. Something I require (that is, IF I do get a smartphone) is full web browsing. Web, not WAP. Does the VX9900 have this from VCast? Oh, and can I get it to get my Mac.com e-mail?

The Env if you want qwerty keyboard or you text message alot the 8600 is a good phone the 8500 the navigation is bad and I head bad things about it.
