adding insurance to a no commitment phone

IS it possible? Say they bought they phone at the no comminment price can they add insurance with in 30 days?

Yes but it looks like only a manager can add it on.

yeah, a manager has to override it AND note the account.

Yes. Instructions say to note the account on info of Purchase Date, Phone Model, Store Code, Rep. Name, and other details if neccessary. Call CS let them know your trying to add insurance to a phone bought with no commitment and that you have noted the account with the required info.
Did you guys see that people dont need Social Security #'s to get Cingular service anymore ? You can use 141-11-1111 as a social and Metraculas,<!~misspelled, for an I.D. My boss doesnt want us doing this because he's afriad of charge backs.
