Trying to restore European Pebl U6 FW Flash

Hi, has anyone made a backup of the whole Flash and Flex with LP (language pack) 0039 for EU Pebl U6. I would really appreciate if someone could share this in shx format (MP).

The flash I need is the stock EU Flash with LP 0039 and at least french vst (obeymoto). I believe the right one contains also german vst (in automatic mode).
