I've put off on posting this simply because of all the responses I know I'll get (and might not have time to answer them), but here goes:

Right now the theme is in "beta" status, there are a couple of known issues that I may (or may not) be able to solve:
1. Doesn't seem to work with Second Edition S60
2. I can't seem to change some of the folder icons (Office folder, Help folder) in theme editor - let me know id you know how.
3. some of the icons are "fuzzy" or don't scale
4. My install instructions are lacking - if there's a better way of describing the process let me know.
5. File size is too big (3.5 MB)
6. Some of the background bars are too dark.

This is a follow up to my earlier Series 40 theme that I posted here last year (and was much easier to make). If you know how to fix any of these problems - particularly the office/help folder icons - please chime in below. Thanks, and enjoy!

Hi Dan,

I installed the theme on my N80, but it doesn't come out right. It gets installed properly and all, but there's a problem with the icons. Some of the icons have a white or black background which shows up against the bluish wallpaper. However, not all of the icons are affected - Calendar and contacts look okay, but calculator, gallery, profiles, bluetooth and a host of other icons have that white or black background.

Hope you can help. I really love this theme!

I've been rockin this theme for a few days now (since I saw it on e-series.org), and am fairly pleased with it.

I seem to have a problem with some of my icon files (they show up fine in my E70, but I was having a similar problem on my earlier builds). I may need to recreate a lot of my icons which is very time consuming. So far users with E70s and E61s and Some N80s have reported success with the theme.

Nokia's use of SVGs instead of bit mapped images is a great idea, but the actual SVG format is incredibly difficult to get displaying properly. When working in the theme editor they show up fine, but on the phone that's not always the case. I still haven't come up with a foolproof method of making SVGs that will always work on every phone. I'll post again in this forum when I have updated versions for you to try, probably till not after the new year, as I'm going on vacation today.
