HELP! Need default seem settings for V3M!

I just edited some seems for my v3m with sprint to get the multi media option on Motorola Phone Tools. This worked but unfortunately...I edited seem 2827 offset 0000 by mistake and didn't save the original settings. Now, when I log on to MPT it says that my phone is in plane mode and won't initiallize properly. Can anyone send me the original settings for my V3m seem 2827 offset 0000, PLEASE? I am with SPRINT. Thanks in advance...
