Cingluar SYNC.. despite what some people say its plenty loud enough and has all the best bluetooth and MP3 player goodness.

Take a look at the Motorola V365. MP3 player and speakerphone is reported to be very good.

Has anyone used both the v365 and the v635--which is louder--I have an old sanyo on sprint which will hurt your ears, its so loud, and wish something cingular sold would do something the same. I know they can be modded, but.

I am not sure what you are asking. My interest in the 365 was only to determine which speakerphone was lounder, and as I mentioned, the 365 seemed slightly so. I only handled the blackjack, and didn't actually make a call, but c/s guy demo-ed some of the features. Having not seen one, i had expected it to be bigger. That will be next month's project.

Just try the V365. For loudness, V365 is very hard to beat.

I was always impressed by the loudness and clarity of my Razr's speakerphone. People slam the Razr because it has become the most common phone in America...but it was probably (next to my much-modded V635) the best basic phone I've ever had.

Thats what they all say but i have to differ. My V365, V635 and the V551 all 3 have the same volume output during mp3 playback and voice calls.
I bought this phone expecting to have a speakerphone like a nextel... SO WRONG.

There is NO high quality speakerphone is this V365. I think moto made a misprint.
My Nokia 6270 literally BLOWS this V365 away hands down. This V365 is no louder than any other phone ive used other than this 6270.

I hear the nokia 6131 has a loud one...
