Can someone help me out. I just installed mobile phone tools version 4 (then updated to 4.21 a.) I started up the program, it read my phone (RAZR V3M), but Multimedia Studio is missisng. I can see the space where the icon is supposed to go, but theres nothing. Can anyone tell me why this happened, and if not, is there an alternative for tranfering music and pics to my phone?
