Sorry about this but how do I get Outlook om my computer to send emails it receives to my phone?

Called Cingular and they said I need Xpress Mail on my computer and phone. They said I have the unlimited data package so I should just be able to download it from Cingular dot com onto my computer. I did notice there is a pick on my phone to download it as well. Does this sound right?

That's correct. XPress Mail can be used to get your e-mail.

Xpress Mail requires a companion program to be running 24/7 on your home (I assume) computer. Why not have your 3125 pick up email the same place Outlook picks it up -- at the pop server?

See page 90 of the user manual.

(For sending use Cingular's "cwmx.com" server.)

You may be able to pick it up directly from the server by syncing it if it is a exchange server. If you don't have access to an exchange server, have you considered signing up for a hosted exchange server? It is a nominal fee for what it offers. I sync with my work exchange, but would definitely pay the monthly fee so my contacts/calendar/email would be 100% backed up incase I lose my phone.
