ok one last question then..

i have converted a divx movie to 3gp its a long movie.. say 2 hours.. heh

so i'm wondering how to fast forward on this phone but i can't seem to find anything in the booklet i got with it that states how. i found the time interval setting for fast forward and rewined but i can't figure out how to actually do either..
