Phone Crash?

Iven using my Blackjack for a week with just minor problems, however there has been two ocations on which the phone has restarted itself...i don't remember reaching the top buttom to turn it off or anything...is this just the phone crashing for some reason? I remember the last time it did it I was using a program called Resco Radio and I was changing some things in it before it happen...so is this the way of the phone crashing or should I take it to the store for a new one...thanks in advance. This is my first smartphone so i dont know much about them.

when i had it it never crashed, at all even when i overclocked it, if it bothers you t6hat much take it back and get a new one
