I have a sanyo m1 from sprint. I am trying to put some music on it. When I plug it into the usb port on my pc, it recognizes the phone but does not the drivers to install it. can anyone help with this?

Hi, what you need to do is first plug your phone into your computer using the USB cord. Then go to the main menu and go to the tools menu, select USB connection and then select Mass Storage.
The phone will now appear as a hard drive on your My Computer scrren on your computer. There should be a music folder in which you can add content.
