I just broke my phone the other day and had to get a new one. The one they gave me has the fully updated software and I hate it! Is there any way I can go back to software version 1?

Nope, the only firmware for this phone to ever leak was V05. I'm afraid you're stuck.

Why dont you like V5? What is the difference? Just curious, I have 5. Never used any previous versions.

I cant get music to play on my phone from my card. Maby i'm just not doing it right?

try this

press ok/menu (flipped open) >> press "zero" 7 times >> 12. music setting >> MP3 only

Thanks. That made me much happier with VZW. One other thing. I transfered all my old videos from my other phone to this one and half of them wont play. My phone's main screen seems like it has much lower resolution. Can I change that?
