currently my phone has R373_G_0E.30.49R software. while serching for more monspter pack i have seen there are many OTHER monster pack like 45R, 46R, 49R, 60R, 70R. whats the diffrent between all these? if someone is using the 49R firmware and then flash it again with 46R or 70R or anything else(not 49R) then the phone would be dead? if yes then how would one flash with some other 70R
firmware or anything else? i looked in the sticky but this was not discussed in there. could someone help/point me to some thread or tutz please? i will be very thankful.

I am confused by your question. Are you saying that you have an E398 that has R373_30.49R S/W? If so, someone has already modded it. OEM E398s come with R372_30.xx S/W. IF you have 373_30.4xx you can just flash to any other 30.4xx s/w without a problem. You can also flash to 30.6xx or 30.70/75R and back without a problem.
If your E398 has R372_30.xx s/w, you will have to upgrade to the 373 platform in order to have the benefits of the R373 MPs. Look here for a great guide: http://mirror.softcox.com/e398-to-ROKR/ good luck.
