Kx16 Axcess Apps Help

Hey. I recently bought a Kyocera KX16 and am with alltells simple freedom service. I was in another town over christmas and when i connected to axcess apps there it worked fine. But when i returned home it wouldnt connect. It attempts to connect and eventually says "Unable to retrieve catalog. Please try again later (1287) " Ive tried numerous things but cant seem to make axcess work. I have 4 bars and digital service but everytime i try to connect i get that message. Help please?
