Windows XP Theme for E61?

I would really appreciate it if someone would point me to the direction of a proper windows XP theme for the E61. When I say proper, I mean a theme with the bliss wallpaper, and the blue/green taskbar, the standard windows xp icons and the sort.
There used to be a theme that was perfect that i had on my 6681 all the time.
Any chance some one would be kind enough to create such a theme? Please?
