Can a T-mobile dash be flashed/flexed to use software from the HTC s620 / Excalibur?

Hi guys,

I am a Cingular customer looking to get a Dash/s620/Excalibur. I would like to buy t-mobile phone (Read: cheaper) but don't want all the T-mobile crap on it.

Can I buy a Dash and change to the HTC software? Is the software available?

You can also find the T-Mobile rom posted on the xda FTP. For those of you that have exceeded your rapidshare daily balance.
