V3 new flash somewhat working

Greetings,

My dad has a T-Mobile branded V3, with R374_G_0E_42.09R

I took the liberty to reflash it with "R374_G_0E.42.10R_lang0016_reflash.shx", from planetmotoX, so that he can actually read the phone in Chinese.

The flash seemed to have went well, and Chinese works fine.

Unfortunately it broke one important thing along the way, the phonebook will not load for some reason, but when switched back into english, it loads fine.

Also, the S/W version number did not update to reflect 42.10R, instead it stayed at 42.09R.

I found a flash error log in the folder containing the SHX,
