I have a V3r (Tmobile). I want to do a full system backup..all system files etc..in case something goes wrong when I mod, I can restore it to "out of the box" condition.

I have MPT working and P2Ktools fine..so my PC is communicating with the phone just fine.

I read that you need to have a certain bootloader on the phone to successfully use some programs to backup the system/os of the phone.

I currently have 0A.52 as the bootloader.

I'm not to heavy into modding..I just want to change a few things like the SMS storage to the phone versus the SIM and maybe the outside LCD image.

I know how to do these..but dont want to brick the phone...and would rather be safe than sorry.
