problems with v3 sounds

i was at my friends house yesterday and i just got a new v3m so we were making ringtones on her computer and later that night her v3 stopped recieving mp3's from her bluetooth device and i couldnt send them from my phone either but they would go to mine...i could however send her pictures and she could send sounds...just not recieve them...does anybody know what she can do?
