Why is this necessary? The Blackjack is already app unlocked.

All wm5 sp devices are application locked that prevent you from installing many non-MS certified applications. The certification process is lengthy and many developers dont't have the time or resources to go thru the process.

Thanks for the link, but it's inaccurate. The Blackjack is not app locked. I install unsigned apps all the time.
