email problems on my 8700

I just synced my pop 3 account with outlook and my blackberry isn't set up on the outlook just on the server account but since i set up my outlook it will not allow me to receive a third of my emails how do i remedy this and how do i sync it with the outlook

BlackBerry's don't sync email, email is pushed to your device but no syncing. The only thing the BlackBerry syncs are PIM Calendar, Address, Notes and Tasks.

Where are you not receiving email? Your post is pretty vague regarding where you're receiving mail and where you're not receiving mail.
