you probaly havent fully read the manual yet. What exactly are you trying to acomplish? are you just trying to browse the photos/sounds from your mem card? I dont know why you would be going into The Settings -> Storage device to browse for files. You simply go to the multimedia section, and choose storage device again, this is covered in the owners manual.

Unders pictures settings you have to set it up to save your pictures to the storage device or the phone.

I would give you the exact setup but I am not using my V360 at this time.

Have you tried a different memory card? It is possible that your memory card is defective.

yea i have tried that as well, is it possible my phone needs a storage device criver installed

No your phone does not need any type of driver installed. Was the card you tried a different brand? I haven't heard a whole lot about the brand of the card mattering a whole lot with Motorola but I know Nokia phones can be picky when it comes to the brand.

How long ago did you buy the phone and where did you buy it from? Your phone could very well be defective. If you bought the phone less than a year ago and your phone was truely brand new (not refurbished) then you might want to consider sending your phone to Motorola for warranty repair.
