Cingular sms settings

OK got my phone reflashed but now i cannot send sms's. I have mms and wap all set up but it seems the service number i have for sms is wrong....
I have +13123149810. I can recieve but i cannot send. Any ideas or should i call cingular.

Fixed I had it set to use gprs instead of gsm

The Cingular site says to use GSM. I tried both and it still doesnt work.
