Hi, i have a krusell black case for my w810i. I was wondering if i mod my w810i backplate, would the krusell case still fit for the phone?

are you talking aboutading the 750 backplate? It does add a little thickness, but not much (2-3 mm).

i've got this Krusell case from Amazon.com:
Krusell Classic Multidapt for Sony Ericsson K750i, K750c, D750i, W800i, W700i- Black
it's made for the K750i, so it's a perfect fit.

ahh, i didnt know about that one..i just bought only one designed for w810i

If it is a soft case, it should be fine. The only issue you may have is the camera slide may open it it is a real tight fit, but since the camera does not turn on, not a real problem.

I have wondered does that back plate mod change or muffle the speaker sound quality.

I noticed no real difference, the holes in the 810 and 750 are almost in the exact same place, mainly the 750 points a little to the side compared to the 810.
