unlocked dash GPRS help pleaseee

I have a service called Centennial Wireless. I had a razr before i purchased this dash and the settings are as follows:
homepage: http://wap.myblue.com
Service Type 1: WAP
Gateway IP 1: 063.099.231.135
Port 9201
GPRS APN: mmspublicwap.centennialwireless.com
ALL THE USERNAMES n PWRDS are blank. ive tried every possible way to put it into the dash.. cant get ANYWHERE.. i see the lil E up there and it comes by the signal bars when its trying to connect.. but the page just says error. works fineee on the razr. let me know guys
