well i drop my "W600I" in to the water, and whenever i turn it on it just white, how may i fix it?????..please help me.

I hope you didn't turn it on right after you pulled it out of the water. That is a bad thing to do. I understand you need to let a phone dry out before trying anything.

Only thing I can suggest is try reflashing the firmware through Wotan or Davinci. Links to both can be found by searching here.

If that doesn't work, it's an excuse to get a new phone.

No, but it won't be more than $15. Do you have a debit or CC card? If so, you can buy an account and flash.

Nah, why would he flash it? This is most likely a hardware malfunction. Even if he was going to flash it, why not use the free PhoneXS? It may take a while, but it is worth saving $15 or so. Here is a guide to fix water damaged phones:

All I've ever seen on here for white screen problems are flashing solutions. But it indeed could be that water got into the phone and if he turned the phone on while wet, that is a big no no. But if he really wants to keep that phone and not get a new one, I think he should try everything possible.
