Help - Pearls messages in RED font?!

All of my email messages are displayed in a bold RED font??? When I click to read the message, the body is in black, but the list remains in red.

I can find no way to switch this and have even spoken with a BB rep who says he has never seen it and did not know how to switch it back to black.

If anyone knows - it will be someone on this forum - I would appreciate the help!

Messages in red indicate Level 1 Messages. Maybe you have a filter set to make them all Level 1?

Thanks for the idea, but I have it set as:

'Make PIN Messages Level 1: No'

maybe its an operator error. You could have some one younger look at it. Like your son or something.good luck DAD!
