Motorola A1000 Cracked LCD & Backup Problems

I have an A1000 that was stepped on last night, thus breaking the LCD and I'm assuming the touchpad as well. My problem is that not all of my data is saved on my SIM or the external memory card. I need to sync the phone to my PC but like I said, I can't see anything so I can't get to the Desktop Suite app to turn it on to sync.
What I was wondering if there is a way around having to open the application on the phone? Is it possible to sync some other way?
