I downloaded a ringtone and it came in MMF format. I dont know what to do with it.

MMF files are usually Yamaha SMAF formatted filees...

I know the CDMA phones that use Qualcomm chipsets can use it... but I haven't run into any GSM phones that can...

I've not had luck converting SMAF's to WAV or MP3 and having the resulting file being "CLEAN" or good quality...
