I backup my E398 phone but the backup.bin file is lost. How can I restore my phone?

What exactly did you do? Don't sweat it, the E398 is undestructable. You don't have any backup? You may have to use the PDS repair tool, and start over.

If you have a full backup, you can extract the PDS from it.

I upgrade my phone but did'nt backup PDS or Full backup. Now I can't boot my phone. How can I repaid it?

try just a stock E398 MP. if you did convert it to ROKR then there's gonna be a problem, but there's still a way to revive your phone.

look for a stock MP for your E398, which is the same S/W Version as with your phone and flash it using RSD Lite 3.

also if for some reason RSD doesn't like your phone try MFF and see if it works....I use RSD mostely but a couple times it just didn't like the phone and wouldn't flash it correctly....
