Need help getting ringtone on phone!

I made the ringtone in Audacity, but don't have Bitpim, bluetooth for my computer, or USB for the phone (LG VX8600)
I tried just emailing it (phonenumber@vtext.com) and i got the message, but it just had the file name in the message, how do i get it to actually give me the music?

i cant get this to work i tried send it with the 10digitphone#@vzwpix.com and it never works, im using a VX8300 , it always tells me a failure notice on my emails

um..... Are you attatching it to the email? I really don't know what to tell you, 9876543210@vzwpix.com should work.

well last night one finally worked, i have a yahoo email account and a gmail account, gmail never works and yahoo finally did and yes im attaching it

it just doesn't work with yahoo or msn,if u have high speed internet u should use that email account
