I didn't backup my phone's PDS or Full backup. Now My Nepture chip is blank. How can i restore my phone?

flash a stock E398 MP using RSD lite 3.0. if that does not work then you need help. if they can't help you here, better start looking in the other sites.

Thanks. I did that but i failed. I can't load bootloader into myphone.

Find the guides in the wiki.....If all that fails try repair studio....I have used it with a 398 before....If that doesn't work find a shop with a smart clip...I have one but can't hook it to thiscomputer ...so I can't use it until I get a computer with the port I need.

Software Version: ERROR,NOT FOUND!
Flex Version: ERROR,NOT FOUND!
Bootloader Version: v0x0007D0
DRM Version: N / A
Phone Type: Production (77920111120E091633B800000000)
So how can i do?

If you can not get into bootloader, try this:
Forcing Your Phone into Bootloader

If you have killed your phone and you can't get it into bootloader, can't erase with ramldr etc you are probably thinking that it is paperweight forever. Well, don't panic there are still a couple of methods to get it back!

First off all remove the battery from your phone. Look at the P2K Connector on the bottom of the phone. Count 4 pins across from the right and then use a piece of bent wiire/needle/whatever! to short pins 4+5 from the right, then insert the battery

This will force your phone into bootloader, it is supposed to work with BL 07.D0 and below, i have personally tested 07.D0 and 07.E0. If you look in Muncheno's sig and goto to his esnips account, he has made a video showing you how to use this method (Thanks Man!)

Once your phone is in bootloader you can restore a backup / flash the phone. You may need to try shorting the pins a couple of times cos you don't always get it right! @ here: http://www.motomodders.net/Default....ic&postid=14623
Personally, I advise against using MotoRepair Studio. If you can't get it going using this guide, then you may need PDS repair and I have been that route as well. Hagan on MotoX rebuilt mine, quick, easy, simple with his SmartClip.

Thats right...I could repair it with my smart-cip in a matter of minutes....he may get it done with the guides using ramldr or repair studio if not he will have to send it to somebody...

Capt.D right on, but in order to get RMLDR to work, I think if I recall correctly, he will have needed to have his either PDS backup or have used RMLDR to make a backup.... maybe not, I need to reread that. I would advise against RepStudio because of the bricks it has created, eventhough it has worked for some people it has bricked far more by using it.
